1. After the heater runs for a period of time (according to the user’s usage), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clean up the carbon accumulation. If the ignition plug is burned off, it should be removed and replaced with a new ignition plug.
2, if the carbon deposit is too much, cause the thermal efficiency is reduced, should clean the water jacket inner wall radiator and combustion chamber carbon deposit.
3. If it is found that the inlet pipe and exhaust pipe of the heater main engine are blocked by soil, please clean and dredge in time. Please keep the heater body clean and no inflammable sundries around.
4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.
5, the heater circulation system should use antifreeze suitable for the external environment temperature as the circulation heating medium.
6. The heater water pump should be checked regularly according to the user’s use. If the water seal parts that play a sealing role are found to leak, or the water pump is difficult to start and operate, it should be repaired in time.
7. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice and other electrical components on the heater host are maintained in accordance with the general low-voltage electrical maintenance method. The performance parameters of the automatic control box have been carefully adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory.
8. Ensure that the hot control is in good condition and check regularly. If the micro switch is found to be faulty or damaged, please replace it in time.
9. Under normal circumstances, the main motor used by the heater for 5000 hours does not need maintenance. If the work is abnormal due to too long use time or other reasons, it should be repaired to check the wear and tear of the carbon brush or bearing lubrication.
10. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, please start it regularly for 4-5 times and run for about 5 minutes each time to ensure the normal operation of the heater in the next use.
