Teach you to choose the best cooling effect parking air conditioner

The scorching heat of summer is the most unforgettable among only truckers. Card enthusiasts work hard on the road every day, and they must be good to themselves in life. Even with various sunshade and cooling devices, only electric parking air conditioning can truly provide passengers with a cool and comfortable resting environment in the driver’s cab when parking or waiting for goods.
We know that card enthusiasts have the following basic requirements for installing parking air conditioning:
1. Basically able to meet the cooling needs inside the driver’s cabin
2. Low noise, almost no impact on card friends’ rest
3. Relatively lower cost of using air conditioning compared to running the engine
There are many types of parking air conditioners on the market, and according to their installation forms, we can classify them into three categories:
1. Overhead parking air conditioning
2. Backpack parking air conditioning
3. Parallel parking air conditioning
Overhead air conditioning
Overhead air conditioning is extremely expensive and not something that ordinary tycoons can use.
Its customized cooling capacity is 2000W, the rated cooling power is 24 * 30=720W, and the energy efficiency ratio is calculated to be 2.78, which can be said to be one of the most energy-efficient in the field of parking air conditioning. Those who have installed overhead air conditioning say that the cooling effect is good, but in fact, it is mainly related to the structure.
Due to its high integration, good condenser heat dissipation conditions, short internal pipelines, and excellent cooling performance and energy consumption, overhead air conditioning systems have excellent performance. And the air conditioning is blown from top to bottom, which can effectively meet the cooling needs of the truck cab. Lying on the sleeper feels a hint of coolness, which is very comfortable.
Backpack parking air conditioning
The backpack style parking air conditioning has a very obvious feature, with a small external unit on the back of the driver’s cab. This form of air conditioning draws inspiration from the appearance of household wall mounted air conditioning. Its advantage is that the internal and external machines are separated, and the vibration and noise of the external compressor are not transmitted to the driver’s cab. It is easy to install, and only needs to drill a few small holes in the driver’s cab, and the price is the cheapest.
This type of air conditioner has sufficient heat dissipation from the external unit, and direct heat exchange between the internal evaporator and the air inside the driver’s cab, resulting in high work efficiency. However, the long pipeline affects energy consumption.
Generally speaking, this type of air conditioning unit is installed at a higher position in the driver’s cab, which is conducive to cooling air from top to bottom, and has a large circulating air volume, resulting in good cooling effect. Most of the refrigeration capacity on the market is between 2200W-2800W, which is sufficient to meet the needs of card enthusiasts to rest inside the driver’s cab.
Parallel parking air conditioning
This type of air conditioning modification is difficult, and I do not recommend it to cardholders and air conditioning maintenance workers who are generally not familiar with it. The common use of this parking air conditioner is for heavy-duty trucks or tractors.
There are three fatal drawbacks here:
1. The condenser of air conditioning is generally integrated with the intermediate cooling water tank, which will cause significant resistance for the condensing fan to blow air to the engine side, seriously affecting heat dissipation. Moreover, the hot air blown out of the condenser directly blows into the engine compartment, and the heat is not completely carried away from the cab. Some of the heat will be transmitted back to the cab from the lower part of the cab.
2. The evaporator is located inside the driver’s bridge, which saves space for installing the air conditioning unit and can also blow cold air into the cab in multiple directions. However, the biggest drawback is that the air duct is long and the temperature of the cold air blown out is not low enough.
3. It is difficult to achieve variable frequency control, which requires the evaporator and condenser
