Regular maintenance of the parking heater is necessary

Regular maintenance and upkeep of the parking heater is necessary. The parking heater needs to be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure its normal operation and extend its lifespan. Pay attention to the following points during maintenance:

1. During non use seasons, the heater should be turned on once a month to prevent parts from rusting or getting stuck.

2. Check the fuel filter and replace it if necessary. Remove surface dust and wrap it in a plastic bag for winter use.

3. Check the sealing, connectivity, fixation, and integrity of water pipes, fuel pipelines, circuits, sensors, etc., for any bending, interference, damage, looseness, oil leakage, water leakage, etc.

4. Check if there is carbon buildup on the glow plug or ignition generator (ignition electrode). If there is carbon buildup, it should be removed and cleaned or replaced.

5. Check if all sensors are effective, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc.

6. Check the combustion air and exhaust pipelines to ensure smooth and unobstructed smoke exhaust.

7. Check if there is any abnormal noise or jamming in the radiator and defroster fans.

8. Check whether the water pump motor operates normally and has no abnormal noise.

9. Check if the battery level of the remote control is sufficient and charge it if necessary. Use a special charger for the Cooksman remote control for charging. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the remote control or use other methods for charging.
