How to clean carbon deposits in diesel parking heaters?

There are two reasons for carbon buildup in the Chai Nuan parking heater. The first is insufficient fuel combustion and low oil quality, with low oil quality being the main reason.
1. Insufficient fuel combustion: When the pump oil supply exceeds the amount of fuel burned in the combustion chamber for a long time, carbon deposits will form. Before each shutdown, it is necessary to adjust the gear to the minimum to reduce the fuel supply and allow the fuel inside the machine to fully burn. After shutdown, this will reduce the deposition of carbon deposits.
2. Try to use high-grade diesel as much as possible. If the quality of the oil is too low, it will affect the normal start of the machine, and carbon deposits may occur due to the low quality of the oil.
Carbon cleaning method: First, open the flame-retardant shell, take out the movement, and then use a screwdriver or wrench to open the diesel heating combustion chamber. First, use a screwdriver to clean the carbon deposits on the burner, combustion tube, and inner wall of the furnace body. Then, use a degreaser cleaning agent to clean the inner wall of the combustion chamber. Be careful not to damage any components during the disassembly of the parking heater and cleaning of carbon deposits to avoid machine damage.
① After disassembling the combustion chamber, clean the inner wall with a flat screwdriver. Excessive carbon deposits can affect heating efficiency.
② Igniter plug, it ignites diesel fuel after burning red. Clean its surface thoroughly, otherwise it will not ignite.
③ The atomization net, the most important thing is the combustion chamber and oil passage. There is also an atomization net in the position of the ignition plug. After disassembly, it is recommended to replace it. Clean it with carburetor cleaner, then dry it with a dust gun, and install it in sequence.
Failure to ignite, white smoke, and insufficient heat after ignition, as well as dripping oil from the exhaust pipe, are mostly caused by excessive carbon deposits. Regular removal of carbon deposits can prevent many malfunctions from occurring.
