Problem 1: No response after starting
Solution steps: First, check whether the heater power supply is normal through the circuit diagram, including the inspection of vehicle insurance and line power supply. Check whether the power supply, start signal cables, and ground cables are intact. If the circuit is correct, try restarting the heater to resolve the problem.
Problem 2: The heater works stably and fails frequently
Possible cause: When the hot spot couple heating causes a short circuit between the wire and the housing in the furnace, the ignition sensor triggers the flameout signal. The response is to replace the ignition sensor to ensure that the fire source is correctly sensed.
Problem 3: The heater gives off black smoke
Potential failures: Carbon deposits, clogged fuel injectors, poor filter or tubing, or inadequate pump pressure. At this time, the carbon deposit should be cleaned, the nozzle and filter should be replaced or cleaned, the tubing should be dredged, and the oil pump should be replaced or the pressure of the oil pump should be adjusted to ensure smooth operation.
